Our Code of Conduct defines the ethical and professional standards that guide all our operations across Sallaum Lines and its subsidiaries worldwide. It applies to every employee, executive, partner, supplier, and third party acting on behalf of the company. Upholding these standards strengthens the integrity of the Sallaum Lines brand, reinforces trust with our stakeholders, and supports our long-term sustainable growth. 

The Code outlines our expectations in key areas such as compliance with laws and regulations, anti-bribery and corruption, fair competition, responsible business conduct, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, confidentiality, human rights, workplace ethics, and environmental responsibility. It reflects our unwavering commitment to ethics, transparency, and accountability across all regions in which we operate. 

This Code is a living framework, supported by detailed company policies, that applies consistently to our global operations. When in doubt about the applicability, employees are encouraged to seek guidance from their line manager, the Compliance Department, or the Corporate Governance Committee. 

Non-compliance with this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, and in severe cases, legal action. Reports of potential violations made in good faith are taken seriously and handled with confidentiality, without fear of retaliation.
