Belgium | The Grand Unveiling of Ocean Breeze 

Sallaum Lines officially welcomed MV Ocean Breeze to Antwerp, the first of six dual-fuel LNG Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) in the Ocean Class series.  

The ceremony gathered distinguished guests, partners, and the Sallaum Lines team to celebrate a significant step in the company’s advancement toward sustainable maritime operations.  

From the ribbon-cutting to guided tours of Ocean Breeze and Sallaum Terminal, the event highlighted innovation, collaboration, and a shared commitment to greener shipping practices.

China | Ocean Explorer Keel Laying  

A key milestone took place at Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. with the keel laying of the second vessel in Sallaum Lines’ series of LNG-propelled dual-fuel 7,500 CEU Pure Car/Truck Carriers (PCTC), “Ocean Explorer”. 

The ceremony was held in the presence of Mr. Hassan Sallaum, Director of Sallaum Lines DMCC, marking a proud moment in the progress of our advanced and environmentally focused fleet expansion. This event represents the second major milestone in our ongoing shipbuilding journey. 

China | Ocean Breeze Delivery Ceremony 

Sallaum Lines marked an important milestone with the delivery and naming ceremony of XSI 4631 Ocean Breeze, a 7,500-unit Pure Car and Truck Carrier (PCTC), held at Mawei Shipyard.  

The event was attended by representatives from ABS, Shenzhen Leasing, Mawei Shipbuilding, and Sallaum Lines, underscoring the strong collaboration and commitment of all stakeholders involved in the vessel’s development.  

At this ceremony, Ocean Breeze officially joins the fleet, reinforcing Sallaum Lines’ focus on modern, efficient, and sustainable shipping solutions, and signifying the vessel’s readiness to commence operations in global trade.
